 RETURN POLICY:

 

Unwanted items purchased online must be returned within 10 days of receiving for store credit or exchange only! (In-store purchases have 7 days for returns). Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Sale items, intimates, and jewelry are FINAL. 

 

To initiate an online return, please login to your account and submit a return request. You will then be able to select the order/items you wish to return. 

Please send the item/s you wish to return to the address below. Include your Order #, name, and email. A Store Credit will be issued to your online account that you have setup when you placed the order. The Store Credit can be used at any time. Login to your account and it will show up in the cart.

We offer free shipping within the US on orders over $75. We ship USPS First Class (you may also upgrade to 2-day priority for an additional cost). At this time, we do not ship internationally, sorry doll! Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. If you need your item/s sooner, give us a call at 615-873-4432.
